The customer prepares the goods for transport or shipping via the integrated order management system. The system monitors the collection and loading of goods onto transport vehicles, taking weight restrictions into account – weight checks are carried out in the background via linked scales.

The customer selects the order and distributes the goods across the required boxes and pallets. For shipping, orders are grouped logically by routes, carriers and loading bays. All shipping documents can be printed directly from the dashboard. The final loading scan ensures that no deliveries are mixed up.
The standardised integration of interfaces with DHL, UPS and all major CEP service providers enables both small and large mail-order businesses to streamline their dispatch process and thus focus on their core business. At the same time, this reduces the risk of losses, incorrect deliveries and delivery delays. The dispatch process can be accessed and managed via any mobile device.
