Customer case study
Logistic Concept: one warehouse, one WMS, many customers
With COGLAS WEB WMS, Logistic Concept went paperless and digital. Having its own WMS opened the door to becoming a 3PL provider. Today the company serves customers from many industries in a single warehouse.
In brief
What this case is about
Logistic Concept is a logistics service provider that runs warehousing and fulfillment for a range of customers. Before COGLAS, staff picked from SAP pick lists, mostly by the full carton. COGLAS built the SAP integration and supported the go-live. Since then, Logistic Concept has been running a multi-client operation with paperless picking: multi-pick, piece-level picking, system-driven replenishment and a direct connection to CEP carriers. The warehouse consists mainly of conventional wide-aisle high-bay racking for reach trucks, plus flow racks and shelving.
“Our rollout went off without any major problems. We were able to integrate our processes quickly.”
