Our in-house developed standard software COGLAS WEB WMS is trusted by well-known customers from a wide range of industries.
Your Tasks
- Processing and analysis of customer enquiries in 2nd-level support
- Reproducing and documenting processes in the software and working together with the development department
- Running software tests to ensure the quality of new features
- Direct customer contact by phone, email or ticket system
- Support of our customers in the use of the COGLAS WEB WMS
- Creating and maintaining documentation and instructions
Your Profile
- Experience in IT support, software testing or a comparable position
- Technical understanding and a structured, solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
- Knowledge of warehouse logistics or ERP / WMS systems is an advantage
- Good written and spoken German and English
