In your apprenticeship as a business manager for IT systems administration (m/f/d), you will learn how IT systems are planned, maintained and evolved, from office hardware to the cloud architecture on Open Telekom Cloud and Microsoft Azure.
Your Tasks
- You learn how IT systems are set up, maintained and optimised.
- You support the management of our COGLAS Cloud on Open Telekom Cloud and Microsoft Azure.
- You set up hardware workstations for new colleagues and configure systems.
- You work with our application developers on exciting internal IT projects.
- You support our consultants and the operations team with technical questions.
- You take on typical IT administrator tasks, from network management to user administration.
Your Profile
- You have (or will soon have) a good secondary school leaving certificate, technical college entrance qualification or the Abitur.
- You are interested in IT systems, networks and cloud technologies.
- You enjoy working in a structured, solution-oriented way and keep an overview even in technical challenges.
- You enjoy working with different teams and supporting our customers.
- Initial experience with Windows or Linux systems is an advantage but not a must.
- You are curious, motivated and would like to understand how modern IT infrastructures work.
