Are you interested in digital processes, data and the connection between IT and business? Then start your apprenticeship at COGLAS. In your apprenticeship as a business manager for digitalisation management (m/f/d), you will learn how to analyse and optimise business processes and make them more efficient using modern IT solutions.
Your Tasks
- You learn how digital business processes are planned, implemented and improved.
- You support the analysis and documentation of workflows within the company.
- You work with our consultants and the IT team to interconnect data and systems optimally.
- You contribute to internal digitalisation projects, from process optimisation to the introduction of new tools.
- You help design interfaces between IT, development and administration.
- You work with modern applications and learn how to evaluate and use data effectively.
Your Profile
- You have (or will soon have) a good secondary school leaving certificate, technical college entrance qualification or the Abitur.
- You are interested in IT, data management and business operations.
- You enjoy analytical work, have a good grasp of numbers and an eye for structures.
- You are communicative, willing to learn and bring your own ideas for digitalising processes.
- Basic knowledge of IT and Office applications is an advantage.
