Your Tasks
Overall Commercial Responsibility
- Responsibility for all commercial processes of the company
- Building and evolving efficient finance and controlling structures
- Close cooperation with management, consulting, sales and product management
Offer & Contract Management (SaaS)
- Preparation and calculation of offers (SaaS models and purchase models)
- Review, drafting and negotiation of SaaS contracts (incl. SLAs, terms, pricing models)
- Optimisation of pricing and billing structures
Controlling & Reporting
- Building and steering a KPI-based SaaS controlling
- Budget planning, forecasting and liquidity management
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Analysis of profitability and scaling potential
Leadership & Organisation
- Evolving internal processes and structures
- Support for strategic decisions and growth initiatives
- Contribution to shaping the company strategy
- Sparring partner to management on all commercial and strategic questions
Your Profile
- Completed business studies degree or comparable commercial vocational training with additional qualification
- Several years of work experience in a commercial role, ideally in a SaaS or software company
- Sound knowledge of controlling and financial management
- Experience with SaaS business models
- Experience in reviewing and drafting contracts (SaaS contracts, IT contracts, SLAs)
- Confident use of KPI-based reporting
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Entrepreneurial thinking
- Analytical and structured working style
- Strong affinity for numbers and strategic understanding
- Strong communication skills and negotiation confidence
- Initiative and drive to shape things
- Solid IT knowledge and general logistics knowledge
- Service-oriented mindset
