Easily create packing lists for load carriers
Do you have suppliers who are unable to send delivery notifications? Would you like to process and store incoming goods more quickly? With our COGLAS CLOUD WEB WMS software, you can easily integrate your suppliers. All the supplier needs is a tablet and internet access.
We process your orders via our interfaces with all standard ERP systems. Suppliers can view their own orders in the COGLAS supplier portal and pack them virtually there: simply stick a barcode or serial number onto the pallet and use the touchscreen to record or scan which products, in what quantities, are being packed onto the pallet.
With this information on the contents of each package, you can process the goods more easily, more quickly and directly – and, ideally, move them straight from the lorry into the high-bay warehouse or bulk storage area.
You can also use the COGLAS platform to specify your preferred consolidation arrangements for mixed-load carriers to the supplier. This will enable you to significantly speed up your goods-in inspection and putaway processes.
The faster availability of products ensures higher throughput in further processing and distribution.
