With the COGLAS logistics software you can keep an eye on your orders and guarantee a punctual and accurate shipping.

The COGLAS solution provides you with a complete warehouse management software as well as a powerful order management system. Through the customer’s orders, stock withdrawals from your warehouse are controlled. You will have the flexibility to use numerous other inventory features in addition to item and quantity data. Additionally, you can make necessary reservations directly through COGLAS, manage transports and control the loading process for outgoing shipments.

You can manage your customer orders with as many items as you like. The system also supports the automatic transfer of orders into the COGLAS logistics software via direct interface.

You can control the entire shipping process from within the COGLAS dashboard: from article reservation and internal transfer to loading and shipping.

All transport related documentation can be printed directly from within the COGLAS software. You can attach your own documents and photos to the order for documentation as well.

Once the order has been created, you can generate the necessary reservations and transport or commissioning orders with just one click. Should you only wish to commission initially, the system will generate the transfer orders only when loading begins.

If, however, the goods are supposed to be transferred to the staging area directly, the system will generate transport orders for full pallets in conjunction with the commissioning order. As a result, the goods can be picked from the various different storage areas and prepared for dispatch. It is also possible to assign the respective items to a specific tour directly or to assign them to outgoing goods locations first.

The system generates all documentation required for transportation. Finally, the system creates a secure loading process in which the goods are compared with the order using the loading scan. Thus, avoiding faulty deliveries.

Depending on the configuration, products are either commissioned or transferred to the staging area via transfer orders. In addition, a direct posting to the outgoing goods location is also possible.

If necessary, you can add or delete an order at any time.

With this system, the removal and transport process is optimised, taking article dimensions into account.
