Why did you decide to use a warehouse management system?<\/h2><\/div>

We wanted to keep track of our lead times and handling frequencies, and also be well-equipped to analyse errors. That\u2019s why the need for a warehouse management system arose relatively early on.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

What has changed since then?<\/h2><\/div>

The quality of our warehousing has improved enormously \u2013 both in terms of stock management and the overall processes in the outbound department. The software works perfectly for stock placement and order picking.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

I was impressed by the user interface right from the start; the configuration options are very straightforward, and changes to the product categories can be made at any time. You can create any type of loading aid yourself. This allowed us to put a whole new product group into stock with its own storage strategy and expand our warehouse to include a new section in just a few hours.
