More and more companies rely on the COGLAS interface tools for the realization of interfaces. All business processes of a warehouse complex (goods receipts, goods issues) and the required information are mapped using the COGLAS transfer tables. The standard interface is designed so that all acquired data can be transmitted to external systems via the data interface, which also allows data to be scanned. Depending on the configuration, the software can initiate automatic processes using data communication.
The COGLAS WMS offers a client administration. During the data exchange an automatic client recognition takes place on the basis of the defined communication channel. The mapping providers of the clients can also read or retrieve the data directly with the standard format.
The COGLAS WMS can communicate with different systems via the transfer tables. These include merchandise management, ERP systems such as SAP, Navision, Infor and Axapta, Business One, freight forwarding software, shipping software, customs systems, decentralized warehouse management systems and databases.
Communication takes place, for example, via the COGLAS DataExchange, the COGLAS EDI converter or the certified interfaces SAP XI and SAP IDOC.
Furthermore customer-specific data can be imported via ASCII files and the data for business processes can be communicated via Microsoft Excel.
